The perfect start
Through our onboarding program, we want to make your first weeks at gastromatic as pleasant as possible. In this phase, you will get to know the company, colleagues, teams, and structures.
Annual contract meeting
We want to honor your performance. Therefore, we proactively enable you to have annual contract meetings with your team leader to discuss your salary, further training, vacation days, and other benefits.
Feedback meetings
At gastromatic, feedback is not only seen as a valuable tool for personal development, but we also try to live a vibrant feedback culture. In this, good performance is valued and we aim to grow together.
Individual training
Training and development are very important to us. Every 6 months, you have a development meeting with your team leader to talk about your personal goals and the further common path.
Culture ambassadors
Through our skill-up training series, we trained team members to become so-called culture ambassadors. These are people who first undergo a training themselves – for example on feedback culture – and then pass this on to their teams. Anyone who is interested can take part in the program.
Leadership track
Would you like to be a team leader or can you imagine being one in the future? In our leadership track, gastronauts are accompanied by a coach for 1 year and undergo training in various leadership topics. Once a month, all team leaders come together to discuss current topics.

Getting to know each other
We get to know each other during a remote call (approx. 1 hour) and see if the first sparks are already flying.
Deep Dive
If everything fits on both sides, you will visit us in the office, give us an insight into your way of thinking and working, and get to know your future team.
Contract discussion and high five
Does it feel right? Then there are just a few details to sort out and your journey as gastronaut can begin. Your first stop is your onboarding.
